I read your article in the Dallas Morning News today stating that houses prices in North Texas are continuing to go up! I have sent several emails to you in the past explaining why this is happening! This is happening because the corrupt U.S. Government is printing an infinite supply of counterfeit money and giving it to the U.S. upper class!
The corrupt U.S. Government is “cooking the books”! We are in a Housing Bubble because the corrupt U.S. Government is “cooking the books”! We are in a Housing Bubble because the corrupt U.S. Government has fraudulently borrowed $162.5 Trillion from the future Americans so the current Americans can buy a lot of houses!
The current fiscal policy of the corrupt U.S. Government is foolishly, fraudulently, and dramatically overbuilding the housing supply in America because the corrupt U.S. Government is fraudulently borrowing an infinite amount of counterfeit money from the future Americans and giving it to the U.S. upper class by undertaxing them!
This Housing Bubble is building too many houses of the wrong sizes and configurations in the wrong places!
Americans, primarily the U.S. upper class, are buying an infinite amount of everything under the sun with counterfeit money because the corrupt U.S. Government is “cooking the books”!

North Texas home prices surge to unheard-of levels
The dwindling supply of houses on the market in March fueled the biggest price gain in more than a decade.

North Texas home prices rose at the fastest clip in more than a decade in March.
The median price of a single-family house sold by area real estate agents jumped by 16% to $312,000 last month. That’s the highest price ever for property sales in North Texas.
The price per square foot of homes sold rose even faster — up 19% from March 2020, according to a new report from the Texas Real Estate Research Center and North Texas Real Estate Information Systems.
The surge in home prices in North Texas comes as the shortage of homes for sale worsens.
Only 6,085 single-family homes were listed for sale with local real estate agents in March — less than a one-month supply at current sales rates. There were 71% fewer houses on the market in North Texas than a year ago.
There are fewer homes for sale in North Texas than at any time in more than two decades.
Your article states that house prices are going up because of a shortage of houses!
This is not the problem! The problem is that the corrupt U.S. Government is printing an infinite supply of counterfeit money!

For the last 52 years, the corrupt U.S. Government has been running a classic Ponzi scheme, I call it USAPonzi, this is fraudulently borrowing money, I call it imaginary-counterfeit money, from the future Americans so the current Americans can keep buying more and more bigger and bigger houses!
The current Americans are buying houses with the now $162.5 Trillion of imaginary-counterfeit money that the corrupt U.S. Government has fraudulently borrowed from the future Americans!
The following chart shows how the corrupt U.S. Government could print a quadrillion dollars (a thousand trillion) of imaginary-counterfeit money by 2040 if this accounting fraud is allowed to continue! The future Americans have a whole lot of imaginary-counterfeit money!

The corrupt U.S. Government started fraudulently borrowing money from the future Americans in FY1969 when LBJ proposed and the U.S. Congress approved the Unified Budget and stopped accruing for future U.S. Government benefit promises!
The U.S. upper class is getting filthy rich because the corrupt U.S. Government is fraudulently borrowing imaginary-counterfeit money, so far $162.5 Trillion, from the future Americans and giving it to the U.S. upper class by undertaxing them!
If $162.5 Trillion does not yet qualify as filthy rich, then I think a quadrillion dollars should just about do it!
As long as the corrupt U.S. Government keeps on printing an infinite supply of imaginary-counterfeit money by borrowing it from the future Americans, we will keep on building more and more bigger and bigger houses and the price of these houses will continue to go up!
